A Small Recap

I wanted to write a small recap of the story, for you who don't feel like rereading the first 21 chapters.

Raina was in high school when her boyfriend he was engaged to was shot and killed by his brother's friend over drugs his brother, Kenny, was addicted to. After a few years, Raina became a day teacher and took her kids to a Penguin practice where she met Sidney trying to help her set up for the event the night before. He gave her two tickets to the game during practice. She slowly let him in her heart and let him see what she went through and why she wore her ring still. Justin left her a note to find love, but she felt trapped in her 17 year mind.

Justin's brother and friend were convicted for murder and Raina moved to Canada to spend time away from Pittsburgh to feel safe until Sidney sprained his ankle. She ran home to carter to him, but over the few months, he became frustrated and took it out on her. After he lost the Red Wings, they became distant and he broke things off with him.
